Childbirth Preparation Retreat
This one day, all inclusive prenatal retreat is designed with the busy, modern and mindful parent in mind. If you're looking to connect with other pregnant parents while learning some creative breathing, comfort and family centered strategies for your upcoming birth, we simply provide the info, emotional and community space & support for you to explore and learn. All in one day.
Our one day comprehensive prenatal in a day retreat goes beyond your traditional prenatal class. In 7 hours, explore embodied pathways to your power by tuning in to the language of your body, and revel in it's ability to grow and birth another human.

Birth can't be planned necessarily, but exploring your desires and intentions can be a fun and liberating process. With evidence based handouts, you will receive tools and insights to help you gain a clear and broad perspective of your autonomy in the birth room. This component of the class weaves together science, physiology and the importance of the body, mind and heart connection
for your birth choices.
Through the creative flow of writing, you will explore your inner mentor and gain awareness of the dynamic parts of yourself. Gather information from your womb and discover ways to have your vibrant voice heard through guided intuitive explorations and exercises to practice throughout the weeks leading up to the retreat.
Movement & Meditation
We will gather in a welcoming, inclusive and free flow space that is yours
to contribute, explore and be free in. Using dance and movement exercises, feel connecting and aligned to your power centers. This will help you to ground and clear any stuck energy, and to connect you with your expressive, loving, beautiful wild self.
Together in this very informative and fun class you will learn and discover different resources and tools that will connect you with your baby. By discovering and exploring comfort measures, breathing techniques and more, you will be able to connect with your wild, dynamic, vibrant nature. This is a day geared to help you to feel more confident and to create your birth and postpartum intentions.
Stages of Birth as a Passage into Parenthood
Giving birth or living life can be overwhelming, amazing, ecstatic, nerve wracking and pleasurable. Experience childbirth as a life transforming process, a dynamic emergence into your brilliant power. This course component connects the similarities between our primal human physiology to your power to give birth into a healthy state of being.
