Holistic Postpartum Pathways: $450*12 hours of individualized support (8 sessions, 90 minutes each)
Our unique 8 week postpartum package is one of a kind, and is offered during the "baby moon", your honeymoon with your baby. This is an important time to process your birth experience, to honor the arrival of your baby, your transformation into your non-pregnant self while simultaneously adjusting to life as a parent with a newborn(s). Customized weekly visits can be scheduled for up to 8 weeks postpartum, with an emphasis on healing and recovery from birth, whether it was natural, at home, in the hospital or a cesarean section.
Together, the events of growing a baby, giving birth and adjusting to life after welcoming your baby into the world-all make up an incredible, monumental and unforgettable time in your life. The childbearing year is a holistic approach to the overall experience of creating life. I wish to be a part of a birthing culture in which mothers are making their own choices about how to bring their child (or children!) into the world and to witness them surrounded by people who will bring the positive energy, encouragement and support they need to do it in their best way.
During these visits, we will help assess your needs that will contribute to your healing and to help in the postpartum transition as you begin to parent your newborn. By offering loving attention in creative ways, a postpartum Doula is an invaluable resource who supports family members to thrive together.
We do not provide medical services or treatments for mother or baby. Postpartum doulas support whatever parenting style you chose, and encourage well-baby and mother practices in combination with facilitating parent-infant bonding.
Outside of the package details that we offer, Serena & Pamela are available for both day time and night time postpartum shifts.
