We got your back in this one day comprehensive prenatal in a day retreat goes beyond your average prenatal class.
In one day, you'll find embodied pathways and feel more confident for you "big day" by tuning in to the language of your body, and revel in it's ability to grow  yes-give birth! This is a day geared to help you feel more confident and empowered before you meet your baby. Feel informed while having fun, while you learn and discover different resources and tools that will connect you to your  primal potential, ideal birth vision, embodied comfort measures and a solid postpartum
​game plan for the year ahead.

What we'll cover:
Physiological stages of labor
Ideal birth vision
Comfort techniques
Journaling and mindfulness around fear of the unknown and pain.
Informed choice with dad’s/birth partners can do to feel better prepared
What to take to the hospital, or if staying at home but you may need.
Postpartum planning and baby care
Also they’ll be lots of space to dive into it needs and desires that are coming up for folks to work through them before birth.

There's nothing compared to the special and sacred seasons of pregnancy and the transformative time of raising a baby.

By setting your intentions for the month in community you'll feel relieved, relaxed and nurtured in a  space designed to be curious and to explore your innate power.
