With evidence based handouts, you will receive tools and insights to help you gain a clear and broad perspective of your autonomy in the birth room. This component of the class weaves together science, physiology and the importance of the body, mind and heart connection in your birth choices.
Movement & MeditationEvery week, we will use dance and movement exercises to connect you to your power centers. This will help you to ground and clear any stuck energy, and to connect you with your expressive, loving, beautiful wild self.

JournalingThrough the creative flow of writing, you will explore your inner mentor and gain awareness of the dynamic parts of yourself. Gather information from your inner wise woman and discover ways to have her vibrant voice heard through guided intuitive explorations and story telling.
Self Care & Body LoveWhat makes really great sex? What makes really great childbirth? This component of the course is designed to connect your sexuality, and your power to give birth into a healthy state of being. Birth, like life, can be messy, amazing, ecstatic, painful and pleasurable. Experience childbirth as a life transforming process, a wild emergence into your brilliant power.

Why this course?I have designed this course specifically to connect women to their grounded warrior femininity. Through Body Freedom, you will have the opportunity to connect independently and with others to your power as a pregnant woman. There is much fear in our culture that surrounds the power of our sexuality, as well as to the messy, transformational, raw, uninhibited essence of childbirth. From the bedroom to the birth room, make space for all of your authentic impulses to be acknowledged and honoured without shame! Wether you are planning on having a non medicated birth, or a cesarean section, this class is welcoming, supportive and respectful to everyone and the spectrum of childbirth options available to them.
